| I think Change The Rules, New Rules as Following
Death match - DM. This is when you start killing somebody without any reason and roleplay.
Kill On Sight - KOS. You attack/kill somebody with out any RP, Example: Somebody is entering Bank,
and you start shooting immediately without any roleplay.
Revenge Kill - RK. You're getting killed by somebody, and you're going to kill him because he killed you before,
It's not allowed because, If you died you died, you can't wake up and kill the person who 'killed' you in real life.
Meta Game - MG. It is when you're writing smiles in In character. Example: "How are you doing today buddy?  " You can say it like that only when you type /b before your text, which means it's OOC,
so it would be "/B How are you doing today buddy?". The reason why you can't put smiles there, is you can't do it in real life, You can express your feelings by commands /me and /do. You can't speak OOC things In Character also, It's considered as MG also.
Power Game - PG. The meaning of powergame is, You're roleplayng something that's not possible to do in real life. Example: "/me raises his right hand up to the sky and grabs a shiny star" This isn't possible to do in real life, isn't it? To avoid PG, you have to look closely what the person/s are roleplayng. If you fail, and you notice that quick enough you can just say "/B Sorry for the PG" and you can continue on with your roleplay.
Chicken Run - CR. It means, you're running Circles or Zig-Zag to avoid bullets, Because it's very hard to shoot somebody who's Chicken running, It's because of the SA-MP lag. You might fail with that rule when you're being DeathMatched by somebody, Even if somebody else is breaking the rule, you're not allowed to break the rule, just to stay alive.. We have complaint section in the forums, the Rule breaker will be punished, and you will be refunded, what you need to do while somebody is breaking the rules, is making screenshots by pressing F8 in game, and also use /myguns before you die, So the administrator will know what guns does he has to refund you.
Few things that give you advantage over other players
Quick Swap - QS Changing weapon before reload to avoid the reloading time.
Crack Shoot - CS bullets very fast with a hand gun(deagle), to avoid the time between every shot, So you're able to kill your enemy faster.
And Of Course, You're NEVER allowed to hack Or use any mod which gives you advantage over other players.
